spacious apartment rooftop pool convenient location quick walk
The apartment was spacious for my family of four. the rooftop pool offered fantastic glimpses of the harbour bridge.. what a treat! the location was stellar. The light rail was right outside. plus, a quick walk got us to circular quay and the rocks.
i noticed some cleaning trolleys were sometimes left in the hallway. it occasionally made walking past a little tricky.

this spot has superb transport links, especially the light rail at the doorstep. attractions like the harbour bridge and the opera house are easily reachable. ferries and metro stations are very close too.

the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. they arranged a surprise with a birthday sign.. a wine and some snacks for my father's 87th birthday. i was very touched by their kindness.

the apartment was clean and quite comfortable for our family of four. the rooms offer all the facilities required, including a washing machine and dryer.. that's very convenient.

unavailable pool noisy street
The pool was unavailable . i wish i knew this before i booked, as it was a key reason i chose this place! also, the room faced a noisy street. i could hear pedestrians late into the night. it impacted my sleep quality quite a lot. i think the soundproofing needs improvement. That was disappointing!

location is good but some problems
poor cleanliness unclean room
the location was convenient with the light rail at the corner of the street
the cleanliness was below standard i found hairs in the bed upon arrival it was quite late so the front desk agent could only offer clean sheets housekeeping did not properly clean the room i was disappointed with the overall hygiene

convenient laundry professional staff excellent location empty mini bar poor configuration terrible view
the location was excellent , because it was close to where i needed to be. the staff were professional. i had a nice room with a kitchen and laundry , which was very convenient.
my room was large , but the configuration was not ideal , the television was in the bedsit and the mini bar was empty. the pool area photos were misleading , as it was very small and not inviting. the view was terrible , i was looking at brick walls.
