Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a washer and dryer, perfect for my extended business trip. The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. However, the room's brick wall view was a downside with no natural light coming in, and some areas seemed in need of maintenance.
My stay at the hotel was mostly positive. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the musty smell from the inoperable lift was a downside. The service was excellent and very friendly, although some staff lacked local knowledge. The hotel's location was ideal for tourists, close to public transport and major attractions. The dining options were good, but a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is located in a prime area, central to all the places we wanted to visit. The rooms are currently a bit grubby and unloved, but overall clean, comfortable, and spacious. The service was excellent, with staff being ever so helpful and friendly. However, the dining options were somewhat pricey, and the noisy pub opposite affected our sleep quality. The location is fabulous with great potential, though proximity to a noisy pub is a downside.
The hotel offers clean and well-equipped rooms with a great view of Bond Street, but some noise disturbances and check-in issues were noted. The service is exemplary, with warm and knowledgeable staff, though early check-in requests may not always be honored. The location is superb for exploring Sydney attractions, despite noise from nearby restaurants. The dining options are limited and pricey, with some delays in service. Overall, a good value hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers rooms with a good size, a clothes washer, dryer, and a small balcony, albeit with a view of a brick wall from the opera house. The service was top-notch, with a quick and accommodating response to room preferences. The location was very convenient with easy access to key attractions, though some noise from nearby roadworks. Dining options were limited but sufficient. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service and a convenient location.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were huge, extremely comfortable, and kept neat and clean. The staff, despite a small hiccup with a trainee, were overall friendly and helpful, even printing our tickets for a show at the Opera House. The location was perfect, walking distance to iconic Sydney spots and with a tram stop right outside. The dining experience was excellent, with a great variety despite some street construction. Overall, a worth-every-penny stay.
The hotel gave us a bit of extra space in the rooms to relax, even though there was some noise from a nearby night club and taxi rank. The staff was friendly and accommodated our last-minute breakfast request, but there were some issues with rudeness when delivering pre-booked services. The location was brilliant, close to everything we needed, but not all amenities were up to par. The dining experience was decent, and the facilities offered were satisfactory but not exceptional.
